The iQOO brand is scheduled to hold the iQOO3 5G flagship launch conference at 14:30 on February 25.

On the morning of February 23, the official announced more features of the phone. iQOO 3 will be equipped with the new Android customized OS-iQOO UI for the first time. Officials said this is a system that is more in line with the needs of iQOO mobile phone users.

Then iQOO mobile phone product manager "@galanV" gave a more detailed interpretation and responded to some questions.

He said: iQOO 3 is equipped with the new iQOO UI. Many users wonder why the name was changed? Wasn’t the Monster UI good before? It is in line with iQOO’s strong character.

There are four reasons:

1. The previous name was too long. The full name was iQOO Monster UI, and it cannot be abbreviated as IMUI. Users reported that they could not remember it at all, so they jokingly called it Monster UI.

2. Since its establishment, iQOO has been making every effort to develop an independent system that is more suitable for online users. This is not only a goal, but also the demand of millions of seed users. If Monster UI is version 0.X, then iQOO UI is version 1.0.

3. iQOO is serious about this name change. Not only did we conduct internal and external name collection, but we also conducted a global user survey, and finally iQOO UI won.

It is reported that the first-generation iQOO mobile phones and iQOO Neo were initially equipped with Funtouch OS of vivo mobile phones. It was not until the iQOO Pro series ushered in its own exclusive UI-iQOO Monster UI.
