We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible. After the complaint is processed, your evaluation will become the merchant's consumer credit record for reference by other consumers. Function 2: Merchant consumer credit inquiry: You can query merchant consumer credit records through "315 Consumer Pass". The merchant's consumer credit record consists of four indicators: timely response rate, reconciliation success rate, mediation success rate and consumer evaluation.
