​ ​ First, move to the red circle pointed by the map arrow (there is a large space under the remains of the beach building).

​ ​ Then, there is an NPC [Businessman of the Wandering Nation] under the building (pointed by the red circle of the arrow in the picture below) and walks over to interact.

Finally, after the interaction is completed, click [Sell] on the left (all tradable props can be sold).
