Gaopeng.com is a group buying website. It is a Chinese version of Groupon group buying site jointly owned by Groupon, the largest group buying website in the United States, and Tencent. Both parties will contribute US$50 million (approximately 325 million yuan) each, and each will hold 50% of the equity. Gaopeng.com was officially established on February 28, 2011. On August 1, 2012, Gaopeng announced its merger with Group F to form the Wuluo Tianxia Group. Gaopeng.com is currently the flagship brand of "Network World". Wuluotianxia is the only group buying company in China that has multiple large-traffic group buying platforms.
