Jucai Invigilation and Arrangement System is a practical and efficient examination management software suitable for all types of schools, examination institutions, admissions agencies, as well as college entrance examinations and high school entrance examinations. The number of invigilators can be 1-3, and the number of exam rooms can be 5-500.

Features of the Jucai Proctoring and Scheduling System

Contains two sub-software:

​ ​ ① Arranging multiple classes at once: If the proctoring of each examination is arranged at one time, and the examination room for each proctor is not fixed, and the pairing is not fixed, then this software is suitable.

②Single-class arrangement: Suitable for invigilation arrangements before each exam starts (or the same invigilator for each exam), and also suitable for invigilation arrangements for large-scale exams such as college entrance examinations and high school entrance exams (which can effectively avoid the time-consuming, labor-intensive and pick-and-choose manual lottery before the exam). There are three arrangements: one is to arrange randomly while giving priority to avoiding the same unit as much as possible; the other is to arrange randomly while giving priority to the matching of men and women; the third is to arrange randomly without conditions.

It also comes with software such as examination room seating chart production, address book management, teacher score registration, democratic assessment and vote counting, standard score conversion, file encryption and decryption, classification and column printing, score segment statistics, judge scoring statistics, score query, score summary, etc.
