How to check the number of parents bound to a student account?

Go to "Settings" → "Identity Management" in the lower right corner of the APP, and expand and view it on the right side of the "I am a parent" status.

Why does the score show "Not Open"?

The school has not opened the permission to query scores, or the teacher has not released scores. You need to contact the school for confirmation.

Electronic report showing empty?

It may be that the data is not synchronized or has an incorrect format. Try refreshing the page or contact customer service.

Why does the APP require Bluetooth to be enabled?

For specific functions (such as scanning QR code to log in, device connection), permissions can be adjusted in the phone settings.
