Each game is a randomly generated field. Kill mutants to gain experience (green crystals) and supplies (ammunition or blood bottles). After upgrading, the player will be asked to choose a direction to strengthen the character before the next level starts. The ones that can be strengthened have blood volume. , weapon power, etc. The character can be equipped with two weapons at the same time. The number of bullets for firearm weapons is limited. When the bullets are used up, switch to the secondary weapon. Weapons can be obtained from red treasure chests in the scene, including hammers, knives, laser guns, etc.

There are some powerful mutants among the enemies, such as the enhanced shotgun scorpion. Its firepower can cover a small area. It is recommended to use the terrain to hide. Don't get too close to the bugs. After the bugs die, they may explode all over the ground.
