Within 3 days (including the day of the performance): Refunds are not supported.

Special circumstances: If the performance is canceled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments), the platform will provide a full refund without charging any fees.

Ticket collection method and time

Performance tickets: Mailing is not supported 3 days before the performance. Users need to choose to pick up tickets on site or at the door (the specific method is subject to SMS notification); if mailing is required, pay on delivery.
