First, create a new flash8 document on your computer; click the "Line" tool and draw a horizontal straight line on the document; the line width is 135;
Then, click the "Select" tool to select the straight line. In the "Alignment" panel, press the "Relative to Stage" button; then click the "Horizontal Centered Distribution" and "Vertical Center Alignment" icons respectively; set the line to be centered relative to the stage;
Then, click the "Ellipse" tool in the toolbox; and set the "Fill Color" here to no color;


Then, draw a perfect circle with a width and height of 115 in the document; use the "Select" tool to select the circle, and then, in the "Alignment" panel, press the "Relative to Stage" button; then click the "Horizontal Centered Distribution" and "Vertical Centered Alignment" icons respectively; set the circle to be centered relative to the stage;
Now delete the circle and the straight line inside the circle; after deletion, two line segments remain; as shown in the picture; use the "Select" tool to select both line segments;
Click on the "Transformation" panel, set the "Rotation" to "6 degrees"; then click on the "Copy and Apply Transformation" button;
The two line segments are copied and then rotated 6 degrees, and the effect is as shown in the picture; repeatedly click the "Copy and Apply Transform" button, and the final effect is as shown in the picture;


Finally, if you want to make a clock dial, you can select the line in the punctual direction and thicken the line; then add the numbers. The dial is now completed.
