Method 1: Copy in the address bar
Right-click on the current folder name in the address bar, and you will see two options: "Copy Address" and "Copy Address as Text" in the pop-up menu. Click either option, and then you can paste it into a text document.
Method 2: Shift + right click
Hold down the Shift key, and then right-click on the file/folder whose path you want to copy. You will see the "Copy as Path" option, and then paste it into the text.
These two methods are relatively simple. Just right-click, select click in the submenu that appears, and then paste. The other methods have to be copied by yourself, which is more troublesome.
