Printing management area

Passed by the 43rd Executive Meeting of the State Council on July 26, 2001, it came into effect on August 2, 2001. These regulations are formulated in order to strengthen the management of the printing industry, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of printing industry operators and social public interests, and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization. These regulations apply to the printing business activities of publications, packaging and decoration printed matter and other printed matters. The full text consists of seven chapters and forty-eight articles. The "Decision of the State Council on Amending Some Administrative Regulations" (State Council Order No. 666) was adopted at the 119th Executive Meeting of the State Council on January 13, 2016, and was announced on February 6, 2016, and will come into effect on the date of promulgation.
