How to buy the bottom of stocks?
By looking at the K-line pattern to determine the bottom in actual combat, ordinary investors can mainly master 8 characteristics, and can even memorize them like mathematical formulas. Because looking back at the market's historical trends over the years, and even the bottom areas of different markets in various countries around the world, it can almost be proven that the following rules are common to mid-term and long-term bottoms. Therefore, judging from this, the accuracy will be quite high.
1. The total transaction volume continues to shrink or is in the historical land volume area;
2. The weekly K-line and monthly K-line are in the low area or the lower track of the long-term upward channel;
3. The increase and decrease list is arranged in an olive shape, that is, the maximum increase is about 3%, and the maximum decrease is only about 3%. Most varieties in the market are in a state of slight increase or decrease;
4. The further the index deviates from the annual line, the greater the possibility of a bottom. Generally, there is a sideways resistance or a V-shaped turn away from the annual line, and at least the intermediate stage bottom has been clearly established;
5. Although there are hot sectors that are active from time to time, indicating that there is capital operation, there is obviously a lack of lasting effects, and there are no varieties that lead the rise or fall in stages;
6. Any slight negative news can quickly stimulate the market to move towards the negative line. This kind of short-selling force without any substantial short-selling force can easily trigger a decline, indicating that market sentiment has been fragile to the limit;
7. The trend of quite a few individual stocks is stagnant, and the buying and selling orders vary widely. I placed an order for 100 shares at the buy 1, buy 2 price for testing, and the transaction rate was very low;
8. There are generally periodic impulse prices in the bond market, and fund managers have begun to be optimistic about government bonds. This was surprisingly unanimous on the eve of May 19 and June 24.
