2. Calculation using working step standards
1) All the standards on this site correspond to the daily processing steps, and the daily processing process hours are obtained through the combination of the steps. According to the content of the work step, select the corresponding work step standard.
2) According to the content of the work step, select the corresponding work step standard. If there is a turning outer circle in the process content, select the turning outer circle standard in the lathe, and then enter the corresponding parameters.
3) Click the Calculate button. After confirming that the parameters are correct, click the Accumulate button.
4) If there are other steps, repeat steps 2 and 3.
5) After the process calculation is completed, the process hours can be viewed in the calculation process list.
6) If you need to save the calculation process locally, click the "Download Calculation Process" button, and the calculation process will be saved locally as an excel file.
7) If necessary, calculate the next process. Please click the "Clear Calculation Process" button first.
3. Use correction coefficients
1) If you need to adjust the working hours calculated by this site, you can adjust the coefficients.
2) The correction coefficient function requires you to log in to this website with a QQ account first.
3) Each label corresponds to a correction coefficient, and the default value of the correction coefficient is 1. For example, the default output value of the lathe standard is 15 (minutes). If the correction factor is adjusted to 2, the standard output will be 30. If the correction factor is adjusted to 0.5, the standard output will be 7.5. ;
