Q: Can the size of the carton and space be counted?
Answer: Normally sized containers and cartons can be counted. According to Wikipedia, the longest container is 17.1 meters, the widest is 2.6 meters, and the highest is 3.2 meters. This is the upper limit of the length, width and height of the space in the software (in millimeters). The lower limits of carton length, width and height in the software are 250, 100 and 100 mm.
Q: What should I do if I encounter a corner piece of a container?
Answer: There is no corner piece to avoid when calculating the carton stacking. The user should check whether the packing diagram has enough room to accommodate the corner piece, or the input space needs to be reduced.
Question: Are you sure you can’t install more?
Answer: The software gives the optimal loading method, but it is not absolute. When the space is large and the carton is small, there are many possible packaging options.
