How to use
Online device detection:
After the software is started, it sends a broadcast packet to the LAN where the computer is located every 15 seconds to detect the online status of all devices. The device type, port number, IP address, software version and other information of all online devices will be displayed on the "Online Detection" interface.
Click the>> button to expand the "Online Detection" interface and hide the "Modify Network Parameters" interface.
Click the "" button to expand the "Modify Network Parameters" interface.
Note: The software cannot detect the device until it is online for 15 seconds; the device cannot be removed from the online list until it is offline for 45 seconds.
After opening the software, you can also click the "Refresh" button to refresh the list manually.
Note: Click the ∧ or ∨ button next to the device information to sort the corresponding device information.
Modify network parameters:
1. Click to select the device that needs to be modified. At this time, the network parameters of the device will be displayed on the "Modify Network Parameters" page on the right side of the software.
2. Edit the network parameters that need to be changed, such as: IP address, gateway, etc.
3. Enter the device administrator password and click the "Save Changes" button to save the changes.
4. After successful saving, it will prompt "Modify Parameters" successfully.
Restore the device default password:
1. Contact relevant technical personnel to obtain the serial code.
2. Enter the obtained serial code and click the button to restore the device default password.
3. After success, it will prompt "Initial password recovery successful".
Change log
1. Added the ability to reset passwords by importing GUID or answering security questions. (requires new device support)
2. Added that when the device is locked, detailed failure reasons can be returned if parameter modification fails.
