1. Screen problem
Problem description:
A black screen appears during the video conference.
Solution:
In the client settings, try adjusting the resolution to a lower value such as 640*480.
Check whether the computer graphics card is an NVIDIA NVDIA graphics card and try adjusting the graphics settings in the NVDIA control panel.
If it works normally but a problem occurs suddenly, try restarting the client, restarting the computer or restarting the router.
Check the stability of the network connection and ensure that the upstream network bandwidth is sufficient to avoid data delays or packet drops.
2. Audio issues
Problem description:
There was murmur and noise in the meeting.
No sound is heard or the sound is too low.
Solution:
In the system sound settings, adjust the microphone properties, cancel the listen to this device option, reduce the audio frequency, turn off audio enhancement, etc.
Adjust microphone volume and microphone boost to ensure clear sound.
Use the audio and video detection feature to test whether the speakers and microphone are working properly.
