Compared with other multimedia playback tools, the best "skill" of the VLC Media Player program is to play "incomplete" videos. When using this tool to play incompletely downloaded video movies, first click the "File"/"Open File" command in the menu bar, and in the settings window that pops up as shown in Figure 5, click the "Browse" button , in the file selection dialog box that appears subsequently, select the "incomplete" video file and import it; if you find that the extension of the "incomplete" video file is not supported by the VLC Media Player program, you must manually modify it.
In order to correctly play the subtitle content in the video, you must also select the "Subtitles File" checkbox in the settings window, click the "Setting" button, and select the appropriate subtitles in the settings box that appears. file, then select the appropriate subtitle file format in the "Subtitles Text Encording" setting, and finally click "OK", and you will be able to smoothly enjoy the content in the "incomplete" video.
