Phoenix BIOS refresh toolintroduce
The Phoenix-Award BIOS included with almost all motherboards includes the CMOS SETUP program, allowing users to set different data according to their needs, so that the computer will store various data in the built-in CMOS SRAM on the motherboard. When the power is turned off, the lithium battery on the motherboard continues to supply the power required by the CMOS SRAM. When the power is turned on again, when the BIOS starts POST (Power On Self Test), press the key to enter the CMOS SETUP main screen of Award BIOS.
When you enter the BIOS CMOS setup program, the first screen displayed is the main menu. The main menu provides several different options for setting functions and two options for exiting the program. Please use the up and down keys of the keyboard to select different items. , and press the Enter key to enter the secondary menu of available options for each function.
Please note that as you move to the available options for each function, the text of the item will become brighter, and a simple explanatory text will appear at the bottom of the screen to introduce you to the function of the item.
How to use the Phoenix BIOS refresh tool1. Log in to Laomaotao win2003pe and run the Phoenix BIOS refresh tool, as shown in the figure:
2. There are two main types of Swinflash operations: backup bios and refresh bios with new settings and backup bios only. Select the former, and then click the "Refresh bios" button, as shown in the figure:
3. If necessary, click the "Advanced Settings" button to set refresh items, as shown in the figure:
4. After clicking to refresh bios, click "OK" in the warning box, as shown in the figure:
5. Then please wait for the refresh to complete, as shown in the figure:
