Basic introduction
Since the GDI+ API does not support JPEG-compressed TIFF format images, this software cannot decompose TIFF files based on JPEG compression. When synthesizing images such as JPEG into TIFF, the LZW compression method is used. Although the compression rate is relatively low, the compatibility is good. A variety of popular image processing software can open and edit TIFF images in this format.
Things to note
(1) Picture decomposition:
After opening the TIFF file to be decomposed, the software automatically decomposes the images on each page of the TIFF file and puts them in a list to provide a preview. You can extract and save a certain page of images individually, or you can extract all pages of the TIFF file. The picture is unzipped at once. When extracting the picture, you can choose the format to save it. In addition, you can also choose whether to indent the original page picture.
In the picture preview list, right-click to pop up the menu:
Save this page as: Extract and save a page of pictures in the selected TIFF file separately.
View large pictures: View the pictures on this page through the picture browser.
(2) Image synthesis:
Use [Add Picture], [Remove Picture], and [Clear List] to select pictures to be synthesized. It supports JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, and TIFF formats. Use [Move Position Up] and [Move Position Down] to determine the position of a picture in the TIFF page.
For TIFF and GIF, two types of images that may have multiple pages, when compositing into a new TIFF, you can choose to save only the first page image or all images of the TIFF or GIF into the new TIFF file. In other words, if you have two multi-page TIFF files, you can join them into one multi-page TIFF file through this software.
When combining images, the size of the original image will not be changed.
