Aura cannot be installed or crashes after installation
Reason:
The system version is not compatible (requires Windows 10/11 64-bit).
The installation package is damaged or is not running with administrator rights.
Blocked by third-party software (such as anti-virus software).
Solution:
Uninstall the old version of Aura, restart your computer and download the latest version again.
Right-click the installation package and select "Run as administrator".
Temporarily turn off your anti-virus software or firewall.
Aura installation steps
1. Download the Aura official version installation package from Huajun Software Park, double-click the "exe" file to enter the installation wizard, and click Next
2. Read the license agreement, click "I accept the...." and click Next
3. Read the following important information and click Next
4. Click "Change" to select the installation location. Generally, the default is C drive. It is recommended to install on D drive. Click Next.
5. The software information is ready, click Install to install
6.Aura installation is complete, click Finish to exit the installation wizard
