ProcessOn use process
We first click on New in the personal section - Mind Map
Then enter the mind map editing page and modify the theme style and graphic structure according to your needs. You can also customize the theme style.
Enter text in the central topic, use the tab key to create subtopics, and the enter key to create sibling topics. For other shortcut keys, please refer to the figure below.
After filling in the basic content, you can click the style on the toolbar on the right side of the canvas to layout the mind map. You can modify the text style, border style, connection style, node, and canvas background of the topic.
Select the topic and click on the toolbar on the right to add icons, pictures, notes, tags, links and tasks
After the mind map is edited, it can be downloaded and used in different scenarios. It supports downloading high-definition pictures, pdf, word outlines, ppt outlines and other formats.
If there is a need for a team to edit files together, you can click Collaborate and enter the other party’s account email, so that multiple people can edit files online at the same time.
