Medical Care at Home (injection and infusion version) is a mobile health information service platform created by Beijing Qianyi Health. It uses a new health service concept to integrate practicing nurses certified by the National Health and Family Planning Commission to form the first "nurse group" in China. Patients are provided with door-to-door injection and infusion services.
Nurse's door-to-door injection and infusion process
1) Before the nurse comes to the door, she must call the patient in advance to confirm the time, location and other information;
2) When providing door-to-door services for the first time, the patient must be presented with supporting documents such as nurse practitioner certificate, qualification certificate or work license;
3) Each time you provide door-to-door services, you must bring the "Informed Consent Form for Injection and Infusion" and give it to the patient to sign before providing services.
Essential supplies for patients
1) Provide supporting documents: "Prescription" and "Out-of-hospital Injection Certificate" issued by the hospital and other supporting documents;
2) Injection and infusion drugs: saline/glucose injection, drugs, etc.;
3) Injection and infusion tools: infusion set + syringe + scalp needle and other tools. The specific quantity and specifications can be communicated with the home nurse.
Special reminder: If the above-mentioned supporting documents, medicines or tools are not fully prepared, the nurse has the right to refuse to provide infusion and injection services.
