What's the use?
After turning off the lights during nap time, you can set the wallpaper to black, and then use this tool to set the browser's transparency to semi-transparent, so that it will not be dazzling. If you use a browser plug-in, the browser's address bar and other places will still be very bright, which will still be dazzling.
Folders, start menu, etc. can all be set.
