Operating Instructions:

1. System settings: Mainly select the direction after the enter key when entering the unit of use and quality control data.

2. Quality control settings: Enter the quality control parameter settings and first add the analytical instruments to be monitored. Enter the instrument number and instrument name and click "Add Instrument". For instruments that are used for testing or are not needed, you can select and delete them; after setting the instrument, select the corresponding instrument, add the quality control material of the corresponding instrument, enter the corresponding quality control material information, and click "Save Quality Control" to complete the entry; Setting Quality control monitoring items: Select the designated quality control objects in the corresponding instrument. A list of quality control items will be displayed in the lower right window. Enter them according to the Excel operation method. If you need to add multiple items, just press the Enter key at the last input point (the lowest set SD value) or right-click on the blank spot and select "New Item". Note: After entering or modifying items, you can right-click and select "Save Updates". Before deleting the option, please make sure that all recorded data is saved to avoid losing unsaved data. Each row of data must be complete, otherwise the data in that row will fail to be saved. When changing the quality control product batch number, you can directly reference the quality control item information set earlier, that is, the "Copy Quality Control" function: Select the quality control product information to be copied in the quality control information list, right-click the mouse, and select Click "Copy QC", then change the QC number to a non-duplicate number and click "Save Copy".

3. Quality control entry: Two methods of entry are provided. Set dates for individual items or all items on a monthly basis, you can choose according to your own operating habits. Quality control results provide 3 retest value storage spaces. The quality control result is the final drawing and statistical data. When the quality control result is empty, enter the quality control value 1-3, and the first result will automatically default to the statistical result. When there are data changes that need to be saved, click "Save Data".

4. Quality control graphics: After completing the first three steps of settings and operations, quality control graphics can be produced. Select the instrument, quality control product and drawing time period, select the drawing item, and click Draw. When the window changes size, the graphics need to be redrawn. Graphics can be printed after drawing. A4 paper printing is currently supported. The quality control chart is printed in black and white by default. If you need to print the quality control chart in color, please check "Print quality control chart in color" before drawing.
