1. All units must strengthen attendance management and accounting, and keep detailed records of employees’ working hours, vacations, sick leave, and personal leave.
1. The office director is responsible for recording the attendance of agency personnel, the workshop director is responsible for recording the attendance of workshop personnel, and the marketing team leader is responsible for recording the attendance of each group.
2. After attendance is recorded by each unit, it will be sent to the office on the 19th of each month. The leaders of the department can supervise the attendance of employees. If the attendance is false, the person in charge of each unit will be fined 50 yuan, and the false attendance will be invalid. After the attendance is paid in full, the leader will review the attendance on the 20th of each month, sign and submit it to the Finance Office for salary calculation.
