5.3 Participants: prepare before the meeting; actively participate during the meeting; publicize the spirit of the meeting and make arrangements for implementation matters after the meeting;
5.4 Audit and follow-up: Inspect the execution of each meeting; audit the implementation of the resolutions and spirit of the meeting; inspect and audit the completion of tasks assigned during the meeting and the closure of issues; and promptly report the audit results.
