It is often necessary to convert between different encoding formats of text files. When converting a small number of files, you can directly use NotePad that comes with Windows. But when there are too many files, it becomes too annoying. So I spent time writing this batch conversion encoding format stuff.
The following formats can be converted to and from each other:
UNICODE,UTF-8,UTF-7,GB2312(ANSI)
