Upgrade your TV system online through the update package detected by the TV
2. U disk zip package upgrade
Upgrade your TV system by downloading the installation package and local USB flash drive
If you encounter a problem with 55P TV online upgrade and cannot upgrade, please download the installation package from this site
Upgrade steps:
1. Click the download address to complete the download of the upgrade package, and then name the upgrade package update.zip. Don’t decompress~~
2. Find a USB flash drive in fat32 format, and then put the update.zip upgrade package into the root directory of the USB flash drive.
3. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the TV when it is turned on
4. Click Settings-System Settings-System Information. After entering, you will find that a new version has been detected.
5. Click this button and it will prompt you to install the upgrade package.
3. U disk PKG package upgrade (PKG is a system upgrade package, please ensure that the TV is not powered on before the upgrade process is completed.)
1. Prepare the software package and USB disk before upgrading
1) Download the PKG software package. Do not change the name after downloading~
2) Prepare a USB flash drive in FAT32 format
3) Copy the PKG software package to the root directory of the USB flash drive
2.Upgrade process
1) Unplug the TV power plug
2) Plug in the USB flash drive (into the white USB 2.0 port of the TV, the blue 3.0 port cannot be used)
3) Plug in the TV power plug
4) Turn on the switch on the right side of the TV
5) Automatic upgrade (the red and blue indicators in the lower left corner of the TV flash alternately at a frequency per second. At this time, the flash package is flashing the phone. After about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, a green robot will appear, indicating that it is being cleared, and then Black screen, red and blue indicator lights flash alternately rapidly. At this time, the flashing is completed and the USB flash drive can be unplugged.)
6) Unplug the USB flash drive
7) Unplug the TV
8) Plug in the TV power plug
3.Restore factory settings after upgrade
1) Turn on the switch on the right side of the TV and turn it on using the remote control power button
2) Enter Settings—System Settings—Restore Factory Settings
3) Click Restore Factory Settings to enter the recovery stage until the TV automatically restarts
