由浙江省财政厅与阿里巴巴集团合作成立的政采云有限公司落地。平台旨在打造顺应政府采购改革要求和电商化采购趋势，以大数据、云计算为依托构建集网上交易、监管和服务于一体的云服务平台，是目前财政部唯一的“电子卖场采购”试点，定位为“全国政府采购信息化建设的基础设施项目”。今年5月,浙江省省长袁家军在政采云视察调研中给予了殷切期望，希望平台后续能面向全国、放眼全球，为中国再造一个“政府淘宝”。
