点击我的课程怎么会闪退?我的课程弹出框、权限管理怎么设置?我的试听拨打电话弹出提示?
答：本版本中已经优化因为权限不允许访问而闪退的问题，因为6.0以上的系统需要开启访问权限。为了更好的学习，初次点击我的课程提示是否允许访问手机存储、及电话权限，请点击是-点击权限管理-存储空间电话勾选允许、如点击否，则无法进入我的课程。或打开优路教育设置-权限管理-优路教育权限管理-存储空间、电话勾选成允许。
没有网络下可以放视频么?为什么我的离线课程无法播放呢?
Answer: When there is no network, click My Offline Courses (Downloaded) to directly play the downloaded courses. When playing an offline course, it prompts that the video file is damaged or cannot be played, or prompts to connect to the network. Edit and delete the courseware, enter My Courses to download again, and turn off the Internet. If this problem still occurs, contact us and remember to take a screenshot.
Where can I view lecture notes on the mobile app?
Answer: Click on My Courses - there are three formats after the course chapter is expanded: live broadcast, video, document (live class, video courseware, handouts). Click on the handouts to view. You need to download it to open it for the first time. After downloading, you can directly call the reader installed on your mobile phone to open it. A reader such as Android PDF is recommended.
Why are there no classes in my course?
Answer: There are two possibilities for there being no classes in my course. The classes in the list will not be displayed after they have expired. The newly purchased classes have not been opened in time. If there are classes when logging into my course on the computer but not on the mobile phone, please contact us.
The question bank cannot be entered or opened, or the account and password are wrong?
Answer: The question bank is an H5 interface. You need to be connected to the Internet to open the interface to answer questions. Therefore, students are required to log in and verify their account information when doing questions. If the password is incorrect, check whether the password contains special characters (only numbers and English are supported). If you still cannot log in, please contact us. The teacher needs to synchronize the account in the background.
Can I watch the live broadcast on my mobile phone? Where can I watch it?
Answer: There are two entrances to the live broadcast, which are the same as the PC version.
1. You can enter the live broadcast through Class-Course-.
2. You can also open the app and click on the live broadcast section to view it directly to display the live classes in the past week. The status of live broadcast can be divided into: not yet started, live broadcast, and live broadcast class that has ended for the day. Ended and Not Started are not clickable. You can enter the live broadcast when it starts.
