Teachers can’t see student videos/Students can’t see teacher videos?
Please ask the invisible party to perform the following operations (for example: if the teacher cannot see the student, the student performs the following operations):
1. Check whether the computer camera is on
2. If it does not light up, check whether there is any abnormality in the computer camera equipment; if it lights up, click the detection button on the upper right side of the classroom page, select the correct video device, and click the "Finish" button
3. Close the live broadcast cloud program and re-enter
4. Restart the computer
5. Update the camera driver (computer - right click and select "Properties" - Device Manager - select the corresponding device - right click and select "Uninstall Driver", restart the computer after completion)
6. Re-download the client and install it.
Students using PCweb (website lectures) cannot see the screen?
You can open video websites such as Youku and iQiyi to check whether the video can be played normally. If the Flash control is missing, please follow the video website's guidance to install it.
