Mac users please note: After downloading the A+ application, if you are prompted that it is from an unidentified developer and cannot use the A+ system, please set it up as follows.
Click the Apple logo in the upper left corner of the Mac screen and select "System Preferences..." from the drop-down menu. In the settings panel that pops up, click "Security and Privacy" on the little house icon in the first row.
Select the “General” tab in the Security and Privacy Settings panel (actually it should be there by default). See the several options marked by the red box in the screenshot above. Change the downloaded applications from the default “Mac Just change "App Store and Approved Developers" to "Any Source".
