Adams/Mechatronics is a plug-in for Adams that can easily incorporate control systems into mechanical models. Adams/Mechatronics is based on the functionality of Adams/Control and contains modeling components for transferring information to/from control systems. For example, when using Adams/Mechatronics in Adams/Car, vehicle system components, including control systems, can be quickly created and then analyzed to understand their performance and performance.

Adams/Flex provides technology that correctly includes part flexibility even when there is a large range of overall motion and complex interactions with other modeling elements. These systems often contain one or more structural components, where deformation effects are critical to the design analysis and rigid body assumptions are no longer valid. Adams/Flex allows finite element models to be imported from most mainstream FEA software packages and can be fully integrated with the Adams software package to achieve convenient modeling and powerful post-processing functions.

Additionally, this streamlined process is much more efficient than the traditional methods of generating flexible bodies for Adams that users have used in the past.

Adams/Vibration enables engineers to easily study forced vibrations of mechanical systems through frequency domain analysis.

MSC Adams2020 installation tutorial
1. Double-click the "adams_2019_windows64.exe" file to start loading the installation package, as shown in the figure
2. Enter the Adams 2019 installation wizard interface, select the installation language, the default is English
3. When the adams license agreement pops up, select i accept to accept the agreement and continue installation.
4. Enter the user information for installation. You can customize the input. Here I choose the default
5. Select the installation type of the software. The default is full installation. You can also choose other types according to your needs.
6. Select the software installation directory. The default is "C:Program FilesMSC.SoftwareAdams2020". You can click browse to modify it.
7. Confirm the installation information and click next to start the installation
8. Wait patiently until the installation is completed.
