Introduction to the functions of Xuanxuan OA

Collection: Click the star button on the toolbar at the top of the session window to switch between session collection and unfavorite status. When a session is collected, it will be displayed separately at the top of the session list for easy and quick access to this session in the session list;

Message record: Click the message history button on the toolbar at the top of the session window to browse all local messages of the current session. You can also download all historical messages of the current session from the server through synchronization;

Whitelist: Administrators of discussion groups and channels can set a whitelist for conversations. Users outside the whitelist cannot rename the conversation or post messages in the conversation, but they can receive messages posted by others in the conversation;

Rename: The official version of Huanxuan OA supports you to rename discussion groups or channels. If the user is set to read-only in a session, the user cannot rename the session;

Exit session: Except for system sessions, all users can freely exit a discussion group or channel;

Set a public channel: The creator of the discussion group in the official version of Huanxuan OA can set the current conversation as a public channel.

How to use Xuanxuan OA

Using the system default account, the login interface will open after starting Xuanxuan.

The server address is the Ranzhi collaborative site address (for example: http://demo.ranzhi.org. If you are using the one-click installation package, by default the Ranzhi access address format is http://IP address:port number/ranzhi /), the account number and password are then synchronized with the corresponding user account number and password. After filling in, you can log in.

If the login account is available, the login information will be saved locally so that you can log in directly next time. If you have logged in to multiple accounts, you can also click the button to the right of the service address to switch login accounts.

In the Switch Login Account dialog box, select the user to log in to log in. Click the delete icon on the right side of the list to delete the locally saved account.

Conversation list

The session list contains all sessions participated by the current user. By default, the sessions are sorted by last active time. Click the label button at the top of the conversation list to switch the sorting mode of the conversation list.

Click the session name in the session list to open the session chat window.

Create new session

Click the Create Session button on the Session menu tab to open the Create Session dialog box.

Check the contacts who need to participate in the conversation and click the Create button. If the number of selected contacts is less than 2, a one-to-one conversation will be created directly; if the number of selected contacts is more than 2, a multi-person discussion group will be created.

In the conversation chat window, you can send emojis, text, images, files, and screenshots to the current conversation. The shortcut key for sending a message is Enter. If you need to enter a newline in the message, you can enter it through Shift+Enter or Alt+Enter.
