FAQ:
Login simple classroom questions
1. Unsuccessful login, prompting that the username does not exist or the password is incorrect.
This is used when the user enters an incorrect username or password. Please re-enter, paying attention to the capitalization of letters, etc.
2. Why is it so slow to enter the video class on my computer?
Because entering the video class requires some network communication with Simple Learning Network, if the network is not particularly smooth at this time, you need to wait patiently for a while.
3. When logging into Simple Classroom, it always prompts that there is a problem with the network.
Some anti-virus software firewalls (such as Rising Firewall) will block simple classroom network communication. Please set up the firewall correctly or contact customer service to solve the problem.
4. Click the desktop icon and it will prompt that TaskKeyHook.dll cannot be found and cannot log in.
Some anti-virus software mistakes this file for a virus file, causing the program to fail to start. When installing the simple class, please close the anti-virus software, reinstall and listen to the class.
5. Unable to log in to Simple Classroom, prompting that DRM restrictions have been exceeded.
The same user name in Simple Classroom can only be logged in to a maximum of two computers a day. If you log in with a third computer, you will be prompted to exceed the DRM limit. If the DRM limit is exceeded, you can only log in on this computer after 0:00 tonight, or you can contact customer service to resolve it. To prevent your username from being stolen, please make your password relatively complex.
6. Unable to log in to Simple Classroom, prompting the user to close QQ, Thunder, FLASHGET and other software.
Please close the above prompt software from the lower right corner of the screen before listening to the class to get the best listening experience. If you cannot find the above software in the lower right corner of the screen, please click the expand icon in the lower right corner, expand and close it. If you are still prompted to close after closing, please wait for about half a minute for the above software to completely close before logging in again.
7. After logging into Windows as one user and installing the Simple Classroom software, an error occurred when logging into Windows as another user and using Simple Classroom.
Simple Classroom software installation requires users to log in as an administrator. Simple Classroom software currently does not support multi-user login to the Windows system, so users are required to log in to Windows as the installation user.
8. After installing 360 Antivirus, the simple classroom program cannot run.
This is caused by 360 Antivirus accidental killing. 360 launched its own anti-virus software (http://sd.360.cn/) in the early stage. This software would accidentally delete our simple classroom program and cause the user to be unable to run it. Even if it is closed, it will not work. It needs to be deleted to ensure the normal operation of our program. . If customers encounter this problem, please delete 360 Antivirus.
Questions about listening to lectures
1. Prompt that the monitor resolution is at least 1024*500, 16-bit color.
Currently, Simple Classroom only supports resolutions of 1024*500 or higher and 16-bit color depth. If it is a broadband computer, the minimum resolution should be 1024*500. Please right-click on the desktop, select "Properties" and then select "Settings" to modify relevant parameters. View detailed screenshot demonstration >>
2. Unable to hear sound.
After exiting the simple class, please first check the device for listening to sound (speakers, headphones, etc.) to make sure it is working properly. Then check whether the volume button in the lower right corner of the desktop is set to mute, unmute it, and turn up the volume. If you cannot hear the sound in Simple Classroom, please reinstall the latest version of Simple Classroom software, which can be downloaded from the "Software Download" channel on the company's website. If there is still no sound, try reinstalling the media player. There is a download under the "Related Software Download" tab in the "Software Download" channel.

3. The video comes in and out.
This is because the video file is not completely downloaded. This situation is likely to occur for users who are slow to connect to the simple learning network file download server or who are listening to a new course.
4. The courses in the course list are always unable to display 100%.
This is because your network link to the Simple Learning Network download server is relatively slow, resulting in slower file downloads. Please wait.
5. It prompts that the download failed and multiple attempts were unsuccessful.
This situation is common in company or campus LANs because the LAN firewall blocks the FTP download port. Please contact your LAN system administrator to resolve this issue.
6. In the courseware, the teacher writes on the blackboard intermittently.
This is caused by a problem with your computer's graphics card hardware. The solution is to click "Settings" from the upper right corner of the main interface of the simple classroom, select "Playback Settings" and then set the "Blackboard Width", generally set to 2 times. View detailed screenshot demonstration >>
7. When logging into Simple Classroom, I am always prompted to close QQ or TM, but I have not actually logged into these software.
This is because the QQ program has set a startup item. You can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to start the Task Manager, find the QQ.exe process in the Process tab, and then choose to end the process.
8. During the lecture, the flash interactive window in the lower right corner cannot display the questions, resulting in the inability to choose the answer.
This is because the disk that saves the courseware files is full. You can clean the disk or change it to a disk with a larger space to save it. The operation method of replacing the disk is as follows: double-click the simple classroom software icon - log in - there is a setting button in the upper right corner of the interface - courseware management , in the right half of the window you can select the disk to be replaced.
9. The downloaded handouts or after-class exercises cannot be opened normally or are garbled after opening.
For this question, you must first confirm two points: first, whether the winrar compression program is installed, and second, whether the office 2007 software is installed. The handouts and after-class exercises are all in word format, so the office program must be installed.
