Basic introduction
FILERECOVERY 2016 Enterprise is a safe and affordable do-it-yourself data recovery solution designed to recover lost or deleted files from all types of media such as hard drives, optical drives, flash media drives, and multimedia or mobile devices. FILERECOVERY? 2016 recovers files whether they have been deleted from the command line, from an application, from the file system, or deleted from the Recycle Bin. In addition to FILERECOVERY? 2016 Recovers formatted or lost drives, drives with severe logical file system damage, and can even rebuild lost RAID!
Software requirements
PC – Windows® 2000/XP/2003/Vista/Win7/Win8 on Intel platform running at 1.0GHz or faster
The amount of data you wish to recover is at least as large as the storage drive or network drive
Minimum 512 MB RAM
WARNING: Downloading or installing on drive X: (X = download or installation drive) may overwrite deleted files.
It is recommended to install the drive on a drive not used for recovery or a dedicated recovery machine.

Will recover local hard drives, optical media, digital media, and image files. Supports RAID recovery, remote access recovery via VNC – (browser and client. More support information: HTTP://www.realvnc.com/). This is an advanced feature and requires knowledge of how to handle network client access. It will also require additional network access that your network administrator may need to change. Also note that the DEMO will not allow any files to be saved. You will be able to preview the data in text, hex, Or in the case of images, thumbnail previews. FILERECOVERY Enterprise supports recovery of VMDK files stored on local file systems (i.e. VMware Workstation, Fusion) either in flat or sparse format hosted under Windows or Linux. All "native" VMDK images are supported.
*VMDK image contains the virtual hard disk of the virtual operating system running under the host system.
*Note: VMDK files stored on VMFS file systems are not currently supported (i.e. VMware vSphere's Data Center product).
Use notes
In order to keep the deleted files from the drive, all recovered files must be saved to other storage devices or another drive letter in the system. Do not download the software to the drive you want to recover. FILERECOVERY can recover files from EFS and NTFS compressed drives and folders. The recommended method is to recover to a compressed or encrypted drive. If this is not possible then import/export tools.
