Add the following two URLs to "Network Parameter Settings" and click OK.

2. When exporting a freight invoice online certification DAT file, it prompts "Unknown error, data encryption failed"
Reason: The encryption module cannot retrieve the system time.
Solution: Enter the system time setting in the control panel and set the date format to: "yyyy-mm-dd" format.
