Weiyun network disk installation steps
1. Download the Weiyun network disk software from Huajun Software Park, open the installation program, read the user license agreement carefully, and click [Quick Installation]
2. You can also choose to customize the installation, change the installation directory, and click [Start Installation]
3. Please wait patiently for the installation process.
4. After the software installation is completed, you can open the software and use it.
1. How to open Weiyun network disk:
a) Create a shortcut on the desktop to open it
b) Open on the start menu
c) Open in the tray icon of the computer interface
2. Synchronization of Weiyun network disk
a) After logging in, a Weiyun network disk synchronization folder will be created, and the files or folders that need to be moved will be moved to this folder (as shown in the figure)
b) The synchronizing icon will appear at this time
c) After synchronization is completed, a check mark will appear.
After synchronization, the Weiyun network disk can also be used when offline. , when the network is connected again, Weiyun will automatically synchronize the updated files.
3. Synchronization status icon (as shown in the picture)
The check mark means that the file has been synchronized
Rotation means that the file is being synchronized or will be synchronized soon. Please wait for completion.
4. Understand the network disk capacity and dynamic information
In the main interface (as shown in the picture), we can clearly see the network disk capacity and the files being synchronized.
5. Selective synchronization
Users can perform selective synchronization.
a)Settings--->Weiyun Disk--->Advanced Settings Selective Synchronization
b) Just uncheck the files you don’t want to synchronize.
6. Resync
If the synchronization is unsuccessful, the user will be prompted and can choose [Resynchronize]
a)Settings--->Weiyun Cloud Disk--->Advanced Settings Resynchronization
b) After selecting resynchronization, your files will not be deleted, but the local cache of the Weiyun network disk will be cleared and the files will be updated with the cloud again.
7. Weiyun network disk single file limit
You can upload files with total space size, but synchronization can only synchronize single files within 1G.
8. How to automatically collect photos in Weiyun Photo Album
a) Weiyun will create an album folder by default in the "Pictures" location of the library on the user's computer. There are two folders in this folder: "Upload" and "Album"
b) The pictures in the "Upload" folder will be automatically pushed to the cloud. If you also open the Weiyun photo album on the mobile phone, you can see the photos on the PC in the Weiyun photo album on the mobile phone.
c) The "Photo Album" folder collects photos from your various devices. If you open the Weiyun Photo Album on your mobile phone at the same time, the photos from the Weiyun Photo Album on your mobile phone will also appear here.
9. Upload to folder
Various pictures will be uploaded to the cloud. If the image format is not the same, it will not be uploaded.
10. Check the dynamic information of Weiyun photo album
View it on the main interface of the software, as shown in the figure, you can view the number and the number of pictures being uploaded.
11. Weiyun Transmission discovers nearby devices
After starting Weiyun, Weiyun will automatically search for devices with Weiyun installed on the same LAN.
12. How to send files to nearby devices
a) Select the device to be sent in the device list
b) Click Send to select the file on the local disk
c) After selecting the file, click Open
13. How do I know when someone has sent me a file?
When there is a new receiving task, the main interface will prompt and the small system tray icon will flash.
14. Send file size limit
There is no limit to the size of files sent using the PC, and a maximum of 10 files can be sent at a time.
15. Save location of received files
By default, it is saved in the "Weiyun Transfer" folder.
In Windows XP system, created under "My Documents";
In Windows 7 and Vista systems, it is created under "Library-Document".
16. View/clear sending and receiving records
In the main interface of Weiyun Transmission, click on the recent files to view the sending and receiving records. Click the delete icon to clear the sending and receiving records
