Issues related to rental deposit

The deposit for renting an account is set by the account owner when releasing the account. When the tenant rents the account on the platform, the amount is temporarily frozen by the platform.

         If the tenant uses game props or other behaviors that are not allowed by the account owner during the process of renting an account, the account owner can apply for compensation by deducting the deposit from the account through a complaint;

If the order ends normally, the rental deposit will be returned to the tenant's account balance.

2. Why is it necessary to set up a deposit for renting an account?

Setting a rental deposit can prevent tenants from maliciously destroying the account and maliciously using the points and props on the account to a certain extent.

3. How long does it take for the deposit to be refunded after the order is completed?

If the order ends normally and the account owner does not complain about the order within 24 hours, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the tenant's GG platform account balance 24 hours after the order ends.

Error compensation

You can use "error compensation" for each product account, and the platform will deduct 3 yuan from the account owner as a preliminary compensation. The 3 yuan deducted is refundable.

Situations where tenants can apply for compensation:
