Mitsubishi ladder diagram conversion steps:
1. First use Mitsubishi ladder diagram software FXGP/WIN or GX software to program and then convert it into a ladder diagram file in FXGP format;
2. Open the PMW-HEX conversion software;
3. Set the input and output P ports of your microcontroller to correspond to the X and Y in the ladder diagram. If they are corresponding, you can omit this step;
4. Click the Open button to select the Mitsubishi ladder diagram file in PMW format to be converted. The conversion will end automatically after 5 seconds. If there is an error in the conversion, please check whether your ladder diagram program uses instructions that are not supported by this software, and convert the ladder diagram to The X and Y used in the figure correspond to the P port of the microcontroller;
5. After the conversion is completed, the FX1N.HEX file will be generated in the root directory of the conversion software;
6. Download the FX1N.HEX file to your microcontroller using a programmer or downloaded software, so that your microcontroller will work according to the working program you designed, and your microcontroller will have the same functions as a PLC.
Function block description:
1. Open the PMW format ladder diagram file to be converted;
2. Set the crystal frequency according to the actual crystal oscillator frequency used by your microcontroller;
3. Set the X value and Y value in the corresponding ladder diagram program according to the actual input and output P port of the corresponding control board of your microcontroller;
4. This setting corresponds to the P port setting of the STC microcontroller;
5. Set the debounce time of the input signal (0-7);
6. After each setting, press this button to save the setting parameters;
7. If you want to use 7219, tick it and set the actual corresponding P port pin position;
8. If using external memory, check the box above and correspond to the actual P port pin position.
