How to use Microsoft Office Document Imaging Writer:
pdf to word:
1. First open the pdf file with Adobe Reader, select the print file, select Microsoft Office Document Imaging Writer as the printer, click Print, and a series of *.mdi files will be generated.
2. Then open Document Imaging Writer and click "Send File to Word" under the "Tools" menu to complete the conversion.
pdf to jpeg:
1. The method is the same as the first step above, first convert pdf to mdi file.
2. Then use Document Imaging to transfer the mdi to a *.tag image file.
3. Finally, transfer the tag to jpeg (the tag file can be opened with Photoshop).
