Function description:
1. Quickly cut out pictures. The fast cutout algorithm is applicable to all images. It does not require clear contrast between the foreground and background, nor does it require the background to be a monochrome background.
2. Manual adjustment. Adjust the inaccurate foreground boundary lines extracted by the fast cutout algorithm.
3. Change the background. Place the cut out foreground on another background image, or replace the original background with a solid color background.
