How to use
The compressed package contains pip-9.0.1-py2.py3-none-any.whl and pip-9.0.1.tar.gz. The following is the script installation method using the compressed package.
Use the Win+R keys to start "Run", enter "cmd" and press Enter.
Enter the Python installation directory and find the Python application
Drag the Python main application to the command line window until the following code is added to the command line window
Enter “space” in the command line window, and then drag the get-pip.py script to the command line window. Press Enter and pip will be installed automatically.
