Software introduction:
The WinToHDD hard disk installation system tool is completely free. It can help friends who do not have a USB flash drive, optical drive, or mobile hard disk at hand to directly install/reinstall the system through the downloaded ISO format system image file. There is no need to burn a disk or create a USB boot. Startup disk, and due to the local hard disk reading and writing, the system installation speed will be faster (SSD solid state drive speed advantage is more obvious), which can be said to save time and effort.
WinToHDD supports running on XP-Windows 10. It can be used to install Win10/8/7/Vista system on the hard disk (it seems that it cannot be used to install XP). It supports 32 and 64 bits. It is relatively simple to use and can solve the problem of being unable to reinstall the system without a USB flash drive without a CD-ROM drive.
WinToHDD usage instructions:
1. If you don’t know much about system installation, or have no experience in using similar tools, it is strongly recommended that you find a way to back up important data offsite before starting anything to avoid accidents.
2. First download the image file in Windows ISO format
3. Download the WinToHDD software and install it. Right-click on the WinToHDD icon and select "Run as administrator" WinToHDD
4. From the main interface, we can see 3 options, Reinstall Windows, New Installation and System Clone. Here we choose the first one to reinstall the system.
Then from the two large icons on the left, we can choose to install from ISO (image file) or CD/DVD drive. Of course we choose ISO here. Then, click the small icon to the right of the ISO file to select the Windows image you downloaded.
WinToHDD will identify the operating system version in the ISO image file. For example, the picture includes Win10 64-bit and 32-bit systems. You can choose as needed, and then click Next to continue.
Generally speaking, WinToHDD will automatically select the boot partition and system partition from the partition list, and the selected partition will be marked with a red box.
After ensuring that the drive letter is correct, click "Next". WinToHDD will prompt you that it will take some time to download and establish a WinPE environment. This WinPE will be used to install a new Windows system for you. Select Yes to continue.
After WinPE is successfully established, WinToHDD will prompt you whether to restart the computer. Select "Yes" to restart the computer and enter the WinPE environment to start reinstalling the system.
Then there is the installation interface of the WIndows system. Follow the prompts step by step to complete the installation of the new system.
