Snow Fox Exam Assistant Software Introduction
1. Overview

2. Operating environment

Under normal circumstances, the system comes with its own. If the environment is not installed, it will be automatically installed when installing the software. If there is no automatic installation, please download and install it online.

How to use
(1) Login
The default login name is: admin, the default password: admin
(2) Software interface
The left side is the functional area, and the right is the operating area.
(3) Modify the login password
Enter the username and password in the original username and the original password. Click to verify. If the username and password are correct, the new user name and password will be displayed and then modified.
Special reminder: Usernames and passwords must be set for characters, not to be empty, if it is empty, it cannot be logged in.
(4) Data management
1. Basic information settings: Here you can set school information, semester information, and test names. If "registered", "school information" cannot be modified.
2. Import basic information: Find the corresponding template under the installation folder (or click "Data Template), and open it with WPS or Excel. The template file is a CSV file. If you want to fill in the value of "0" in the cell, set the column to "Text Format", and you can import it after saving.
Note: Every time you open the CSV file, you must set the "text format" of the cell, and you can also use the "Notepad" to open it.

8. Initialization of data: Use with caution! Once executed, all data except "registration information" and "basic information" will be removed.
(5) Examination room arrangement
1. The order of arrangement
There are two ways to arrange: one is the interval arrangement of the class, that is, the cross -arrangement of the class and the class. Another 1 class 1, 1 in 2 classes, and 1 person in 3 classes arranged alternately. The other is random arrangement of grades. That is, the class and class students are randomly arranged. There is no orderly at all. Each arrangement is different, which is completely random.
2. Test number arrangement method
Provide two arrangements: one is the standard mode, that is, according to the "grade+district, county+school district+school+class+test room number+seat number" arrangement, except the "class", "test room number" and "seat number" are 2 In addition to the number of digits, the others can be compiled by themselves. "Grade", "district and county", "school district", and "school" and "schools" can be left empty. The other is a custom mode, which can be arranged on demand.
3. Method of number of people
There are two ways: one is the average distribution method, and the number of students will be distributed in the selected test room on average. The other is to make up for the tailing room, that is, 30 people are set up in each test room, and the remaining number will be arranged to the tail test room. However, the tail test room should not exceed 40, and one pays more than 40 people. The number of grades will not be assigned. If more than 40 people are needed, please set it as "custom mode" or "average distribution method".

5. Generate door post information
After all grades are completed, click to generate the door post information, and after generating, you can print the test room number door stickers outside the test room.
6. Query (test room arrangement results, door post information)
Click on the left table to display the generated data.
7. Add or decrease candidate information
After entering, there are increased, modified, and delete buttons. Please operate according to the needs. Note: The ID number is not necessary items, and other items are necessary items.
(6) Investigation and arrangement
1. Monitoring staff selection
According to the introduced teacher information, all the teachers' names will appear in the "number of monitoring times" and "proctor teachers". According to the "seminars", they will be displayed in different regions to facilitate classification to arrange the proctor.
2. Arrange the examiner on the date
According to the arranged test rooms, the "Investigation and Examinations on the Date" will appear to facilitate the supervision of the examination in sections, and choose as needed.
3. Investigation arrangement
Randomly arranged the procedures based on the selected teachers and date, and at the same time take into account the workload, the average number of investigations.
4. Adjust the procedures
(1) Drag adjustment
When the left mouse button is pressed, you can drag the prison test or the proctor. Make a monitoring interchange operation. Only two columns can be dragged.
(2) Conflict inspection
Click to check whether there is a conflict between the procedures, but if there is a overlap in the proctor, it cannot be checked. The next version will be resolved.
(3) Modify the monitoring
After clicking, the cell will check all teachers for operation. Note that the operation must be completed, the cell becomes normal. After clicking, you must choose not to be replaced, otherwise you will report an error.
If you want to add a teacher, guide the new teacher information in "Data Management", and you can import one person and perform additional operation
5. Delete all monitoring data
It will remove all the proctor data and use it carefully.
(7) Information query
This function is convenient for individual candidates to lose the "Exam Notice" and "Examination seat signature". You can use the test number to query or the name query. Note: If there is the same name, you cannot choose it alone, you can only print all.
You can also query the monitoring teacher to list all the monitoring information of the query.
(8) Information printing
1. Print grade test information
Inquiry and printing according to the generated "Candidate Data" (the test room arrangement has been completed). This function is set for the class. The "Printing Class Information Form" can print the test information of all students in the class. Find the location of the test room. Note: After selecting grades and class, you should check, otherwise the data will not be changed.
2. Print the test room information
You can print the test room number door sticker, the information table of the test room, and the seat sign.
3. Printing and supervising examination information
Here you can inquire in accordance with the "Exam Date" or "Grade Grade", or inquiries and printing. Check first, then print.
4. Other printing
Provide a document commonly used in the exam. Click the system to open the document by default to modify it. The file is under the "test room information template" under the software installation directory.
(9) Data school pair
This function is mainly to facilitate whether the test room arrangements are correct.
1. Class number of class
After clicking, the data appears. At this time, the "Report and Export" below can be selected. In the report, it can be exported as Excel, PDF, Word.

Fourth, database tool
(1) Database backup
