这是一个与现实世界高度相似的平行时空，在这片神秘的土地上,一些邪恶亦或诡秘的身影若隐若现，与拥有各种神奇力量的英雄们一起演绎出一幕又一幕别样的魔幻故事。
狼人的来源需要追溯至中世纪的可怕“大灾难”——黑死病。瘟疫夺去了地上三分之一人的生命，但也有极少数人幸存下来，他们也因此获得了强大的力量——亦或说是诅咒，拥有了化身为狼的能力。
狼人与人类之间的大规模战争一共进行了两次，而狼人最终被赶到了北方苦寒的冰原。
游戏材于第二次战争结束百余年后的近维多利亚时代，双方在各自休养了百年后，大部分人类已经忘却了祖先曾面临的恐怖，已变成都市传说的狼人们又开始蠢蠢欲动……
狼人游戏是一类智力与心力较量的游戏；概括的说，是一款多人参与的，较量口才和逻辑推理的游戏。
