Tianlian Instructions for Use
1. Both the server and client download the Tianlian client and install it with one click;
2. Click on the group registration on the Tianlian client page, enter the group name information to register (be sure to remember the group name and group password);
3. Enter the group management background www.teamlink.cn/group, enter the group name and group password, and click User Management to add the user name that the client needs to log in;
4. The client enters the group name, and logs in with a different user name and user password; (note that a user name can only be used by one person and cannot be repeated);
5. After successful login, Tianlian will assign a virtual address to the customer's computer, usually starting with 172.16;
6. If the visitor can ping the virtual address of the server, it means that the Tianlian virtual channel is successfully established;
7. The visitor can enter the virtual address of the server Tianlian on the client software to apply it remotely (that is, use Tianlian IP instead of the original LAN IP)

Client login failed
Possible reasons: wrong server address, incorrect user name or password, unstable network, etc.
Solution:
Confirm that the server address, username, and password are correct, and refer to the server-side configuration information.
