(1) Project Overview: Learn about the project background, dynamics, and member activity rankings on one screen, and easily grasp the key data of project tasks. Select any project, and you can visually view the background information, collaborative members, and dynamics of the project in [Project Overview]. Progress, key data of the project (delayed data, unfinished data, etc.), as well as the amount of project members’ participation, creation amount, completion rate and delay rate.
(2) Permission management: Members outside the project can collaborate on matters within the project, but cannot access other matters within the project to ensure information security. Project members can view the arrangements and progress of all matters within the project. Members outside the project can join matters within the project, but they can only view the progress and arrangements of the matter they are in, and do not have permission to view information on other matters.
(3) Progress management: Activity reflects whether there is progress or operations on matters within 24 hours, and quickly controls the progress of the overall project.
PS: The APP can only display two columns of data. If you need to view data in other dimensions, you can click [Item Status] in the upper right corner to flexibly filter projects by different dimensions and view them in groups;
(4) Matter list: Easily view all matters belonging to the project, and clearly understand the details through filtering and sorting in different dimensions. In the matter list, you can directly view all matters and tasks created under the project, and can be customized according to the time, collaborators, and status of the matter.
