DingTalk Smart Cloud Printing Plug-in, as a copy sharing service supporting facility software released by DingTalk, supports document printing within DingTalk. DingTalk Smart Cloud Printing Tool Instructions
1. Open the software, click the "Work" option on the left, and find the "Approval" option in the pop-up work interface.
2. In the approval interface, click the "Initiated by me" option above and select an approval form to be printed.
3. In the approval form interface, click the "Cloud Print" option in the upper right corner.
4. Click the "Start Installation" option to automatically download the print service.
5. After the installation is completed, the software will automatically scan the printer, select the printer device to be used for cloud printing, and click the "Confirm Add" option.
6. Open the mobile software and scan the QR code to bind the team.
7. Select your corporate team and click the "Complete Printer Sharing" option at the bottom of the interface.
8. After the sharing is completed, the cloud printer can be found automatically on the computer or by nailing the printer.
Things to note about DingTalk Smart Cloud Printing Tool
1. The approval form can be printed regardless of whether the approval is completed;
2. The pictures in the approval form can be printed, but the attachments will not be printed;
3. If the approval form is not completed, there will be no processing result watermark;
4. The printed approval form will have an “Approval Passed”/”Approval Rejected” watermark on it, which cannot be removed.

P1 Cloud Print — Cloud Print failed? (Hardware)
1. Determine the working status of the P1 cloud box and printer, whether P1 has a constant white light, whether the printer is ready, and whether the printer model is supported;
2. It prompts that printing failed, whether the pop-up window appears during cloud printing, and whether the printer can work locally;
3. Whether the printer ink cartridge/toner cartridge is a genuine ink cartridge/toner cartridge. If there is no HP logo, it is a non-genuine ink cartridge. At present, compatible ink cartridges cannot be used normally;
4. If the PC cannot print, check whether the cloud printing plug-in is installed and whether the cloud printing pop-up window on the computer pops up when clicking cloud printing. You can exit the security software and print again.
