3. The company implements a clock-in and clock-out system. When clocking in, workers should queue up consciously and abide by discipline. Employees are required to clock in at the specified time. If they clock in beyond the working time, they will be considered late. If they leave before the off-duty time, they will be considered as leaving early. Forgetting to clock in will be treated as absenteeism.
4. Those who are on a business trip that affects their normal clock-in must fill out the "Business Travel Application Form", which will be submitted to the General Office by department personnel after approval by the department leader. If you do not clock in normally on the day due to official business, you must fill in the "Certificate of Failure to Clock" from that day to the next day. It is strictly prohibited to clock in on behalf of others, and both employees who clock in on behalf of employees and those who fail to clock in will be fined double their wages.
5. Those who are late or leave early for less than 30 minutes will be deducted 20 yuan each time; those who are 30 minutes or more will be deducted 50 yuan each time; those who are more than three hours without asking for leave will be treated as absenteeism.
6. Employees must apply for sick leave and fill in a leave request form, which will be approved by the department leader. The leave request form must be handed over to the attendance staff for recording before they can take leave. Those who take sick leave for more than two days must have a certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level.
